The Panchayat aims to improve the quality of life of rural residents by enhancing basic infrastructure, healthcare, education, sanitation, and employment opportunities, while growing into a model Panchayat through active public participation.

The mission of Puthur Grama Panchayat is to implement a transparent, efficient, and people-oriented governance system that fulfills the needs of villagers in a timely manner. The Panchayat strives to ensure the effective delivery of government schemes to the people, promote the welfare of women, children, senior citizens, and all sections of society, and achieve comprehensive rural development by giving priority to environmental protection and social harmony.
